This has been a happy painting to do – it looks happy, the colours are happy and I’ve really enjoyed making it. I hope it brightens your day too

I agree this is a lovely, bright painting. Everything about it makes me smile and feel summery. I am also really drawn to the jug – I can almost feel the shine on it. Great choice of objects and material.
