I’ve had one of those frustrating days. First I got up early to make a cake for Valentine’s day and I’m a week early! Then I tried to coax a very old and overloaded mac to work at my speed and Photoshop decided it wouldn’t open any files at all, and I was hoping to finish something off today.
Then I checked into the classroom for Module 2 of the Art and Business of Surface Pattern Design (which is still brilliant) but I had got behind this week on the projects and stuff and there is LOADS of really useful stuff to try out on…you guessed it… Photoshop.
So I changed tack and painted these biscuits instead for a little creative diversion and then I promptly ate them!

Aren’t they just perfect to paint … such pretty colours. Good for scoffing too though

Such pretty pastel shades. It must be so satisfying to paint your muse and then devour them

That sounds like a perfect way to spend the day Claire. A bit of painting then a lovely biscuity treat! We shall be enjoying some of these next Sunday along with iced gems, sausages on sticks and trifle. A retro tea party for my youngest sons 18th birthday!
