Take two friends (with almost identical glasses) two totally identical books, two sewing machines, one set of beautifully colour coordinated nails (not mine sadly) and two hours and you have two little Cath Kidston bags made up instead of lingering in pieces ready in the fly-leaf waiting to be made. Sometimes doing things together get them done!

It’s always nice to have a like minded friend to have a laugh with when you are doing important things like making bags….which yu can never have too many of. They look lovely.

Isn’t that the best ? Share common interests with a special friend is amazing! I have shared a lot of activities with my best friend Marie. We are peers from engineering school but have shared recipes, books, crafts, our children graduations, weddings, etc.
I love this post and the pictures are so creative! Awesome!
Hugs sent to you! Have a wonderful Weekend!
I am so happy to receive your emails with your posts. I need to add that to my blog!

Well, what can I say, we had great fun and great cake. Though I think Claire’s stylish vintage buttons gives hers a slight edge. Slinny x

Have made the very same bag down here at the edge of the world! Haven’t we all the most perfect taste?!
ps Claire, I hope you have many, many happy days in your beautiful new studio, just take your time and you will soon feel really relaxed and creative there …
